The Sales Assistant position at LBI Media is an entry level role that can get you on the path to a Sales Associate career in TV Sales at any of our locations across the country. Sales Assistants provide sales support to Sales Managers and Account Executives for the Estrella TV Network, and/or our local TV or Radio Stations.
Corporate Payroll Administrator or Specialist

This individual will assist the Company’s Corporate Payroll Department in processing data for all the Company’s payroll needs. The successful candidate will possess initiative and drive, have payroll and general business knowledge and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The Security Officer is a member of our security team which is responsible for the safe and secure maintenance of our facilities, equipment, personnel and overall work environment. The Security Officer is responsible for the review of security material and the enforcement of security policies.
Duties will include, but not limited to, assigning traffic copy instructions to ensure clients commercials air correctly; keeping accurate records on all copy for a simple audit trail; maintaining tape library, as needed, both physical tapes and electronically; Provide Network Traffic Team with such assistance needed to ensure logs are completed; ability to reconcile logs; be able to work with other department issues, (accounting, master control, sales, production, etc.); able to run reports for managers as requested. Provide order entry of commercial material in Marketron & OSI systems, order changes, Paid Programs, local and national contract copy, maintaining of commercial cart database; missing copy reports; timely production of advertising material. Coordinate with account executives and production on acquisition of copy materials. Will Cross train for backup of other areas of traffic and continuity. Performs other functions, as assigned by management.
