Temp Administrative Assistant/Marketing Coordinator


We are LBI Media, Inc., the largest privately-held, minority-owned Spanish-language broadcaster in the United States which owns TV and radio stations operating in several top Hispanic markets, and is the parent company of the Estrella TV Network, and the fastest growing television networks in the U.S.  We are looking for talented and passionate people who want to grow with us.  

1)       Administrative Assistant work consist of:

  1. Daily check deposits
  2. Send daily spot times
  3. Receive office direct incoming calls / forwarding
  4. Greet guests (front office)
  5. Manage office supplies
  6. Coordinate monthly rent for suite
  7. Assist sales team when needed
  8. Draft and print sales reports for management


2)       Marketing Coordinator work consists of:

  1. Managing stations social media outlets
  2. Day to day activity, contests, client posts
  3. Managing stations marketing efforts
  4. Managing stations website page
  5. Day to day activity, contests, client banners
  6. Creative Graphics
  7. Coordinate monthly newsletter and holiday greetings
  8. Liason between station and community organizations
  9. Coordinate and work special events


  • High school graduate; some college preferred.
  • Some accounting experience. (AR, Deposits. Etc)
  • Must also have basic knowledge of MS office products, i.e., MS Word and Windows environment.  (PowerPoint is a must)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance.
  • Social Media and Web familiarity (Preferred)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.
  • Ability to lift over 20lbs.
  • Must be willing to work in Denver, CO  [no relocations]
  • Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background investigation
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be willing to work overtime, holiday or weekends on short notice
  • Must be 18 years or older.
